Foxit PDF Reader is an Android app allowing you to work with PDF documents. Having a tool that lets you view PDF files is very practical for both individuals and business users, as many printable forms, user manuals, digital books and electronic versions of paper documents like invoices use this format.

The app has several features that make it more functional and easier to use than many other PDF readers. You can change the page flow, zoom in on an area of the page for easier reading, fill out PDF forms and save them or export the fillable data so that it can be reused to fill out the form again if needed. Foxit regularly makes updates to their apps so that they stay secure and compatible with the latest revisions to the PDF standard. That way, anyone using it should have no problem viewing every PDF document they come across.

While most people use Foxit PDF Reader simply to view documents, it can do more than just that. Students and business users will appreciate some of its more advanced capabilities. It allows taking notes, which can be very useful when studying, using a document as a reference during a presentation, as well as when going through a document that will have to be corrected or revised. If a PDF document isn't locked to read-only mode, the app allows it to be edited and saved as well.

Those who use PDF documents when collaborating with others can use it together with the Foxit ConnectedPDF service. It lets users securely share documents with others that are working on the same project. Team members can make additions and changes to shared PDF documents when needed. As any changes made are tracked and the service allows several versions of a document to be saved, a document can be distributed to multiple people without worrying about losing data due to editing mistakes. The only drawback is that Foxit hasn't yet released an iOS version of their app, which can make collaborative work less convenient in environments where some users have Apple devices instead of an Android smartphone or tablet.
